Scholastic chess tournament in two sections: K-12 U/1000 and K-12 Championship. Four round swiss-paired tournament. Trophies to top 5 players overall and top school team in each section. Time control: G/45. Rounds at 10:30, 12:30, 2:00, 3:30. Up to two 1/2-point byes available.
Awards ceremony 5:00-5:15. USCF membership required. Click here to check for an existing USCF#. Free game analysis for all players. Online registration is $20 before midnight Wednesday, $23 Thursday, or $25 Friday before noon. Registration by mail is $25. On-site registration ($30) from 9:30-10:00.
