Jeff cannot remember a time when he did not know how to play chess. He was captain of the Southern California Chess Federation 1997 State High School Championship team and top scholastic team at the 1997 U.S. Amateur Team West tournament. Jeff believes that chess teaches skills that are helpful in all aspects of life and academic endeavors. |
