Employment
At Silver Knights, we are always on the lookout for motivated chess coaches and aides. We give a great deal of training and support to our coaches and offer a flexible schedule. It is very important to us to attract and keep highly qualified coaches; as a result, we pay a highly competitive rate and offer opportunities for raises.
We occasionally offer outsdanding coaches a full-time position. Coaches applying for full-time positions should have significant prior experience coaching chess to elementary school children and a moderate to high USCF rating.

- This job pays a good rate per class, but the hours are sparse - usually just one hour per day, right after school or before school. Because our instructors go to a different school each day of the week, some transportation time is also required. Why do you feel that this work schedule is a good fit for you?
